What this product is

EphemeralSecrets is a free, single-purpose tool that turns text into a one-time link. The content is stored temporarily and destroyed on first view or after 24 hours. It is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantees.

Acceptance

By using this product, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Accounts

Creating a secret requires an account authenticated through the fleet's shared sign-in host. You are responsible for safeguarding your own authentication credentials. Receiving a secret does not require an account.

Acceptable use

You may use this product to share any text that does not violate applicable law. You may not use it to distribute malware, stolen credentials, child sexual abuse material, or any content whose possession or distribution is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or the recipient reside.

The operator reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms, but has no obligation to monitor content.

No warranty

This product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The one-time deletion guarantee is enforced at the database level through an atomic update, but no software system is perfect. Do not use this product for secrets whose exposure would constitute a legally reportable incident.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the operator be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of this product.

Legal entity

EphemeralSecrets is operated by Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. These terms are binding against this entity. No postal address, company number, VAT number, or phone number is published at this time; inquiries may be directed through the operator's established channels.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
